Tony Hotko


Customer-focused and results-driven, particularly in the area of high tech start-ups, Tony Hotko serves as a partner at CCS Technology.

Hotko grew up in Chicago. A true community builder, he has played a key role in launching user groups and technical conferences, including “Cloud Saturday,” “SharePoint Saturday Chicago Suburbs,” and “SharePoint Share-A-Pint.” He also served on the board of various affiliations such as Young Entrepreneurs’ Organization, TechServe Alliance, and the Omni User Group. He has earned certifications in Project Management and Production & Inventory Control from DePaul University with additional certifications from the American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

In 1989, he founded Diamond Consulting, Inc., drove the company from a start-up to a small consulting practice, and finally into a highly-competitive IT staffing solutions firm with an 18- year history. In 1998, he launched another startup, Gravitex, a software development firm producing a web-based ERP system and management suite of products designed for small businesses. He raised seed funding to build the proof of concept which garnered favor among investors. Rounding out his IT experience, Hotko served as Vice President of Talent Solutions for Laurus Technologies and Director of IT Services for Sterling Engineering where he successfully designed, implemented, and launched a new IT staffing practice from zero to over $4 million in sales in under three years.

As a partner at CCS Technology, Hotko is charged with building and developing IT teams, architecting best practices, spearheading business development and marketing, and acquiring expert IT talent.

He is the father of twins and credits his parents for teaching him to be respectful, loyal and hard working.
